As far as I am not mistaken, it can be done solely using third -party programs. It seems that when the latest use of my document scanner https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pdf-scanner-app-scan-docs-id/id1495971405 was able to install additional foam protection with pin code or Face ID on separate files. But it is worth checking it in person, especially since it is not problematic.
